Goodbye 2022, Hello 2023.
I wanted to reach out and give a huge Thank You to all of the family, and new firends that we made this year. We had an absolute incredible year, and all was made possible because of you. The store was full of fun and excitement and that's what we want to bring to the market. We want to continue to earn the reputation of, "The Ultimate Customer Experience," and we strive toward that goal every day. As you enter the store you will feel that charisma. Whether you are looking for a bike, a hard-to-find part, or the latest helmet or riding apparel, the store is bulging with inventory. Always keep an eye on our website, Facebook page, or Instagram, for new and exciting inventory as well as specials of the day.
We are outfitting the Parts department for all of the scheduled winter builds and all of the upcoming builds that we are currently quoting. In 2022, we made it a priority to build relationships with the leading manufacturers in the industry. We are direct for a reason...availability! Our, "Screaming Eagle," Performance Parts inventory has been increased as well as the day-to-day service parts needed to maintain our customer's pride and joy. It's exciting to hear feedback from customers telling us it's nice to have a real motorcycle shop in the area that caters to riders. That's what Thunder Road is all about.
Service, as has become the norm, is super busy and looks to stay that way in the so called, "slow down," time. Big builds are going on every day, but we have and will continue to set aside some time for our regular customer's needs. Services, tires, audio upgrades, etc. We are ready to get your bike ready for the spring rallies and rides. Plan ahead, we have a truck and trailer on stand-by so please make that call.
Make it a point to drop in and see us. You never quite know what kind of shenanigans, the Thunder Road team is up to, but it's guaranteed to be fun! The Motorclothes department is stuffed full of inventory. This year we, "geared up" with extra riding gear, helmets, boots, and the best new looks and beautiful apparel. There are great merchandise specials going on every day, so make sure you stop in to see what is happening. We are proud to bring you our largest selection that we've ever stocked. We were able to make special sale purchases from Harley direct, so that we could pass along those savings to you, our customers.
As I write this, we are merely days away fro the 2023 and the 120th Anniversary launch. In all of my years in the Harley-Davidson industry, I have never seen as much excitement on the new bike model launch as I see this year. Big, bold colors, numbered special edition bikes and new performance upgrades all seem to be inevitable and just add more fuel to the fire. This will be a banner year for Harley-Davidson. We are so excited to be part of it. Are you?
